Our process starts with the estimate. We provide an estimate for your job based on your plans or a dimensional sketch. You can either email the measurements to us or bring them into our showroom. If you need to choose a material, you can come by our showroom where our dedicated sales staff will be happy to assist you. We have a large selection of samples and slabs of quartz, granite and solid surface options to choose from.

Once the estimate is approved we will send our expert laser templating team out to take a precise measurement of your job. A laser template is an exact measure of the tops based on your space. We are generally available to measure your job as soon as the day after you sign the estimate. It will take the team between 30 minutes to an hour to measure your tops, depending on the size of your job. We include this extra step in our process to ensure your tops are cut precisely to your space.
Once your estimate has been signed and we’ve laser measured your tops, we’ll start fabricating your new countertops. Using the laser template, our production team will create exact CAD shop drawings. These are used to program into our CNC cutting machines. Your new countertops are then hand polished to perfection.
Our installation team is comprised of professional, highly skilled craftsmen who take great pride in their work. When it is time for your tops to be installed, they will arrive on time and work with minimal mess. We regularly hear from our customers how pleased they were with our crew’s work. We continue to support our customers long after their countertops are installed. Our installation and warranty crew can re seal granite, fix chips and reset sinks no matter when your countertops were installed or who initially installed them.
