What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept payment by check, cash or credit card. We also offer financing through our partner Service Finance. To find out more and apply for financing click here.

How long will it take to install my job?

After we received a signed estimate we will be able to template your job. From when we template to install is generally 4-5 weeks. In order to expedite the process, you can send us your project drawings or a simple dimensioned sketch of your tops. What is your warranty?

We guarantee our labor and craftsmanship for 1 year on all of our job. Quartz products will come with their own manufacturer warranties, which will vary. If you have any questions about specific warranties, please contact your salesman.

Are you insured?

We carry industry standard insurance policies for both general liability and worker’s compensation. If you need to request a copy of our certificate of insurance, please give us a call or email us.

What if something goes wrong?

In any type of construction there are many moving parts. When it comes to construction, its not what goes wrong, its how you deal with it. Customer service is our number one priority and we stand behind our work. Our extensive customer testimonials attest to our unmatched commitment to making things right. If you are not completely satisfied with your countertops we will work with you until you are.

Do your employees have background checks?

The safety of our workers, our shop and our clients is our highest priority. We take great care to vet our employees and require pre employment background checks and drug screenings prior to hire.

What is your square foot price?

There are many factors to consider in order to accurately price a project. While many jobs are straight forward, some will require a site visit to determine the amount of work that goes into completing a project. Our square foot price will include both labor and material costs. Our estimates will include line item pricing, so you will know exactly how much your project will cost.
